Joseph Zapata

Executive Director

Joe has spent over two decades in managerial duties in the retail world. His desire to be close to family led him to the Youth Performing Arts Training Center. Joe has a vision that the YPATC is and always will be a place where people can learn and build their character. He believes every child should have the opportunity to find their passion. Whether it be in acting, art, dance, or music. He wants to help provide the opportunity to all of them so they can chose to do what makes them happiest and helps them to succeed. The YPATC isn’t just for learning, it is for bringing out the hidden talents our kids hold.

Hannah 1

Hannah Renee Crawford

Director of Acting & Instructor

Hannah is a graduate from Pensacola Christian College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre Performance Studies. She has spent her time over the years volunteering in Juvenile Detention Centers, Community Theater’s, and doing international work in Siberia. Hannah has worked with multiple productions in fields from directing, lighting, audio, teaching, acting, stage management, and much more. Working in all variations of the Theatre has given her insight as to what it truly takes to put on a production as a whole. Hannah has worked with popular productions such as “The Pirates of Penzance”, “Kiss Me Kate”, and “Fiddler on the Roof”. In 2019, Hannah wrote, directed, and produced “The Grinch” for the YPATC and she plans on continuing to write and produce her plays here. Hannah is passionate to teach students how things work, rather than just ordering actors around.

Ryan Aceituno

Director of Music & Instructor

Ryan Aceituno has been learning to play musical instruments ever since he was 5 years old. With skills in more than 13 different instruments, he has also reveived a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Music with a focus in Vocal Performance. Ryan has worked with numerous famous artists, including the likes of Tyson Ritter (All-American Rejects) and Jon Foreman (Switchfoot) and has performed in venues such as the New York Lincoln Center. Ryan has been teaching music for over 5 years. He is proud to be apart of the YPATC team, and supporting music education in the city of Deltona!

Austin Kessler

Operations Supervisor & Music Instructor

Austin has been teaching private lessons since 2012. Austin has helped students find passion in music, prepare for performances, complete classes, and overcome stage fright. He also has taught several people with autism, helping them find a path that is suited for them. Allowing them to thrive in the subject. Austin took private piano lessons in 2007 – 2009 with a professor from Stetson University. Austin was also mentored in guitar with several instructors over the course of 2 years. As an expert in his field, Austin looks forward to helping new students achieve their goals. Austin’s goal is to create an environment that is personable, fun, informative and energetic!

Acting Instructors


Keke Manning

Director’s Assistant

Keke has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and is almost finished with her Master’s Degree. She has accomplished a few years in a Hospital setting working towards expanding her knowledge of Mental Health. She has spent near a decade working in retail at various locations in managerial and supervisor capacity. During Keke’s “free” time she has developed a love for watching Theatre Shows and giving back to the community. She most recently helped Assist and Direct the show “After Hours”; worked lighting and audio for “Anne of Green Gables”; and has assisted in numerous Recitals and events we have hosted. We are excited to have Keke on board our Theatre Team.


Cori Lapinski

Acting Instructor

Cori LaPinsky is a recent graduate from Stetson University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre Arts. She has credits in several technical departments, including set design, stage management, hair and makeup, and more! She has been involved in numerous productions such as: “Importance of Being Earnest”, “Othello”, and “Dutchman.” Most recently she designed and painted the set for YPATC’s “Suessical JR” as well as stage managed the production. She looks forward to continuing her work at the YPATC as an instructor and an artist, and is excited to share her passion of theatre with her students.


Alice Moskola

Improv Instructor

Alice Moskola is a lifelong resident of Central Florida with a passion for all forms of creative expression. From an early age, she was drawn to stage production which later translated into video production. A techie since age ten, Alice both stage managed and acted her way through adolescence. Today, she carries on that lifestyle studio directing local news broadcasts by day and jumping into her love of theatre by night. Improvised comedy is her favorite! Utilizing this style on and offstage; improv serves as an expressive platform and judgment free zone in Alice’s life. She believes that improvisational acting helps build a solid foundation and muscle memory for all levels of stage training. Alice attended the Nicholson School of Communication at The University of Central Florida. She is so excited to train students as they unleash their theatrical side and have a blast in the process.

Sophia Treto

Sophia Treto

Musical Theatre Instructor

Sophia is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors Degree in Theatre and a Minor in education with a concentration in Acting and Musical Theatre. She has been involved with all aspects of theatre for all her life. Sophia has performed in plays and musicals like “The King and I”, “The Miracle Worker”, “Peter Pan”, “Harvey”, and the “Street of Crocodiles”. She has also had the opportunity to direct plays including “Who We Are”, “Monstrous”, in which she received the Best Director award and most recently her show “The Butler Did” which won Sponsors Pick at the Orlando International Fringe Festival. Sophia has also had the privilege of working in the public and charter school system, bringing the art of theatre to before and after care programs as well as summer camps. She is excited to help every student learn the ins and outs of theatre and help awaken the joy of creative expression.

Ashley Liedlich

Dance Lead

Ashley Liedlich comes to us from South Carolina with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration a Minor in Dance, and lots of hands on experience in Musical Theatre. Ashley has been dancing since she was 3 years old, and began teaching at the age of 12 in her home studio. As she grew she started to teach around her hometown locally at different studios and even for special events. Ashley has been trained in Tap, Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary Lyrical, Baton, Cheerleading, Pomp Pageantry and Musical Theater . She has competed in many competitions around the state of South Carolina and North Carolina as well as out of state championships and trained many young dancers and helped them bring home many first and first overall awards and trophies. During her young adult years Ashley  studied with Prima Ballerina Janice Barringer, as well as Jazz and contemporary mogul Frank Hatchett and continues to get feedback from Thomas Alexander who is a world renowned dancer and Judge. Her mentor, Susie Pennington and dance teacher for 30 years who was taught by Debbie Allen is one of her all time inspirations. Ashley worked on the Board of Directors at Susies Academy of Dance where they also performed Musicals.

Kaylee Martinez

Dance Instructor


Kaylee has been dancing for 11 years competitively. She has competed at many different competitions such as “Hall of Fame”, “Tribute”, and “Shake the Ground”; while also attending different dance conventions such as “Adrenaline”, “NUVO”, and “JUMP” receiving different scholarships. Kaylee has trained in ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, tap, hip-hop, and musical theatre. She has also performed at an Orlando Magic game halftime show on the court. As of now is working on her associate of arts degree at Daytona State College and will be majoring in psychology and minoring in dance at UCF.


Justin Romero

Dance Instructor


Justin Romero has been dancing since he was three years old. He got his start on high school dance team called “Avant Garde” at the Deland High School. He has also made All County for the past two years. All County (top 20 dancers in Volusia county). Justin learned to dance salsa and merengue at his Grandmothers house where his first dance partner was a broomstick that he used to sweep the floors with. As time went on he joined his aunts baton twirling group, by the age of 7, he had performed in his first hip hop routine with a team. After that he stopped dancing to pursue karate but felt dance was calling his name. So he started a Zumba class with his father to help motivate him. After doing Zumba for nearly a year he finally moved from the back of the room to the front and with that it changed his entire perspective on life and what he felt about dance. By age ten he performed in a major Zumba event to help raise money for breast cancer and performed his very own choreography piece in front of 500 people. At the age of twelve Justin received his Zumba instructor license making him one the youngest Zumba instructors in central Florida. Over the past years he has been teaching Zumba,Hip Hop, and contemporary and choreographed many dances for events such as The Miss Deland High School and Kemper for the advanced company Students. We are pleased to have Justin on board our dance team!

Jaida Hawkins

Strings Instructor

Jaida Hawkins is currently enrolled at Stetson University gaining her Bachelor’s in Music Education. Miss Jaida has served as concertmaster for  Stetson’s Symphony Orchestra, Chamber Orchestra, and Opera Orchestra since 2016. Recently, she has worked in collaboration with Teaching Artist International and African Nitjilo Empowerment on a project to bring classical music to Eswatini, Africa. During her time in Eswatini, Miss Jaida gave masterclasses, performances, lessons, and ran rehearsals for students and teachers ranging from age six and above. Jaida’s repertoire encompasses many genres such as Classical, Jazz, Hip-Hop, and Fiddle. Jaida has also participated in major operatic productions such as Madama Butterfly and the Barber of Seville, under directors from the Metropolitan Opera.

Jonathan Anderson

Voice Instructor

Jonathan is a Stetson University School of Music graduate with skills in guitar and classical singing. He is also the Choir Director of Deltona Middle School. Jonathan takes teaching very seriously adapting to his kids to make the learning experience helpful, and exciting for them.

Valentine Agranovsky

Piano Instructor

Valentine has been playing the piano since she was 5 years old. She is a certified teacher and has been teaching piano for 5 years. Valentine strives to teach her students the beauty and elegance of piano so that they may excel with the instrument.

Sebastian Diaz

Drum Instructor

Sebastian has been playing percussion for 10 years. He has been teaching private lessons for over 3 years. Sebastian has played for the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Savannah Georgia, which ranks as the second largest parade in the country and third in the world. He takes pride in being to instruct percussion, allowing others to build their abilities and see all that music and percussion as a whole has to offer. He gives students the opportunity for students to learn their true potential, and learn to appreciate and enjoy their instrument.

Shanna White

Piano Instructor

Shannah White holds an Associates Degree from Daytona State College. And is now pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Education from UCF. Shannah has been in the Performing Arts since she was a little girl. Music is her passions and so piano and voice became her sole focus. Through the years she has been involved in many choir events such as MPA (music performance assessments), Solo and Ensemble, and All State. She earned a superior rating on her performance and an excellent on her knowledge of music theory.
